We only accept new, unopened products in their original packaging for returns. Opened or used products are not eligible for a return, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

  • Accepted Products: Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Accepted Products: Opened, used, or tampered products (e.g., prescription medications, treatment programs, or any items that have been consumed).

2. Return Window

You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in their original, unopened condition.

  • Return Period: 30 days from the date of receiving your product(s).

  • Condition of Return: Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions: We do not accept returns on prescription medications, telemedicine consultations, or any services that have already been provided.

3. Window Extension (Holiday Policy)

During the holiday season, we offer an extended return window for products purchased between November 1st and December 31st. Returns for these purchases are accepted until January 31st.

  • Holiday Extended Return Period: Products purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Telemedicine Consultations: All telemedicine consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has been initiated.

  • Prescription Medications: Prescription medications cannot be returned once they have been dispensed, except in the case of a shipping error or damaged product upon arrival.

5. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
